SHIPPING TERMS AT MALLKO.STORE

 

• We are not responsible for UPS/USPS delivery delays.
• USPS/UPS policy states that it does not guarantee shipping estimates.
• All USPS/UPS  are an estimated delivery time. There are no guarantee unless you choose UPS/USPS next day or 2nd day air service.
• FREE SHIPPING OVER $59 is only for 48 adjoining U.S States. Read more about Contiguous Unites States here 
• Any orders above $59.00 and up are eligible for FREE SHIPPING within THE UNITED STATES. However, we may sometimes exclude heavy grocery items or Fragile items which needs extra precautions or shipping requirements.
• Orders received before 2:00 PM on working weekdays  are shipped same day.
• We don't ship on Sundays and holidays since USPS/UPS will be closed.
• OVER 90 % of our products reach the customers in East or West Coast with in 4-5 Business days. 
• Customers inside Texas (Houston / Austin / San Antonio ) / Louisiana (Most Parts) , Oklahoma, Arkansas and other closer cites and states to Dallas Texas are eligible for 1-2 Business days shipping and get Free Shipping on orders over $49

What is same day Shipping? Will I receive my order same day?

Same day shipping means we hand over your order to UPS / or USPS same day if you order before 2:00 PM. You can track your packages online via tracking code emailed to you. Please note: USPS do not provide tracking code for First Class mail.
