Return and Refund Policy
100% Refund will be provided if you receive the wrong products or damaged product.
For any reason if you don't like an item you receive (non food items) we can refund with below conditions.
1) Item need to be shipped back to us in no more than 3 days after an item gets delivered. The customer needs to provide us with a tracking number after they return an item. Customer needs to pay for return shipping. After we receive the item we will be charging 15% restocking fee and refund the remaining balance within 7-10 business days . Item has to be in a good condition and not used. Shipping fee for return must be paid by the customer if the product is not damaged.
2) If the customer wants to cancel an order before we ship their order. They will be charged with 3% credit card transaction fee and remaining balance will be refunded to their card. It takes 7-10 business days for the balance to reflect on their credit card.
3)FOOD ITEMS :- NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We will refund for damaged or outdated products, if sent accidently even though we make sure about expiration date is valid before we dispatch the items.
